A fantastic opportunity exists for a Test Manager and IT Tester to enter an exciting software application development organisation. This Microsoft environment employs 40 application developers using core skills such as C++, VB, VB Script, AJAX, Joomla, PHP, Flash to name a few. One of the teams focuses on .net ASP development, and the third part distributor has a major US contract in hand. As the Test Team Leader, the position will require a hands on team leader with prior experience overseeing all phases of the testing process. You will be responsible for end to end testing, regression testing and reporting outcomes in a timely manner. Your people leadership skills and ability to motivate and encourage staff will be highly valued. Our client is well recognised in the IT sector and boasts an excellent record of success over many years with international customers. The vacant positions within the organisation are numerous, however developers and testers, and for this specific opportunity, as test team leader will require you to demonstrate at least 3 years experience in a similar role. A relevant tertiary qualification is ideal, however prior testing experience is of paramount importance. The remuneration on offer is highly competitive and all employee benefits are provided.
